Abstract

L'hôpital est traversé par une multitude de flux : de médicaments, de matériels médicaux, de repas, mais aussi de personnels médicaux, paramédicaux et techniques. Ces flux convergent vers un bénéficiaire actif : le patient, afin de lui assurer des soins, une guérison, un bien-être. Alors que les recherches en logistique hospitalière ont débuté il y a plus de 20 ans, l'organisation et le pilotage des flux peinent toutefois à se structurer dans les hôpitaux. Quel développement peut-on espérer pour la logistique hospitalière ?
