Abstract

Dans le cadre de la théorie des Parties Prenantes, le web constitue un moyen de mise en œuvre de l'engagement responsable. Le cas des PME, peu étudié, a fait ici l'objet d'une enquête empirique auprès de lauréates d'un prix RSE (Responsabilité Sociétale d'Entreprise). Si des pratiques intéressantes sont relevées, les échanges électroniques sont majoritairement orientés vers les clients. Les usages techniques identifiées sur les sites restent limités et dans l'ensemble peu interactifs.
