Abstract

En prenant en compte les spécificités que la littérature attribue à l'engagement responsable des PME, cette contribution explore l'effet de levier que la conquête d'un prix régional en RSE peut exercer dans ce domaine. L'étude qualitative menée auprès 10 PME indépendantes, lauréats d'un tel prix, rend compte d'effets pluriels et partagés. Le processus de conquête du prix façonne les connaissances et les croyances managériales et ce faisant, oriente les cheminements en RSE de ces PME. Il agit comme un catalyseur d'engagement responsable, permettant de réduire les freins que rencontrent traditionnellement ces entreprises.
