Abstract

L'intégration est un concept clé pour deux champs de littérature que nous rapprochons : logistique / SCM et management de la santé. Leur point commun : intégrer les activités d'une multitude d'acteurs hétérogènes autour d'un client/bénéficiaire final pour améliorer la performance et la création de valeur. A travers l'analyse des sources secondaires d'un cas original d'intégration de services de santé, le dispositif MAIA (Méthode d'Action pour l'Intégration des services d'aide et de soins dans le champ de l'Autonomie), la communication contribue à la compréhension de l'intégration adaptative des chaînes de soins.
