Abstract

Cet ouvrage porte sur la dimension culturelle de la diversité et plus précisément sur le management es équipes interculturelles. On dresse dans une première partie le bilan des travaux qui sont dominés, en particulier dans le monde anglophone, par une approche quantitative des dimensions culturelles. cette vaste mais synthétique revue de littérature met en évidence le modèle des facteurs de performance des équipes qui sous-tend l'essentiel des travaux. Dans une deuxième partie, on présente les apports les plus récents des recherches qualitatives interprétatives sur la question de la gestion des équipes interculturelles. Cette section est nourrie d'exemples précis d'équipes dans des secteurs variés, du nettoyage industriel aux télécommunications en passant par la coopération au développement. une démarche d'accompagnement des équipes est détaillée et illustrée avec un cas dans un contexte franco-malgache. des pistes concrètes sont présentées pour tirer parti de la rencontre des cultures sans faire l'impasse sur leurs limites et sur la nécessité d'adopter, dans chaque circonstance une démarche adaptée.
