Abstract

Alors que l'espace rural connaît une fréquentation touristique croissante, que le tourisme devient un véritable secteur économique dans certaines campagnes, les agriculteurs sont confrontés à une conjoncture difficile. Bien que le tourisme à la ferme soit encore très peu développé en France, le contexte actuel semble favorable à une diversification des activités, notamment au profit du tourisme vert.
