Abstract

La communication que nous proposons veut faire le point sur les percées d'un concept émergent qui n'a pas suscité beaucoup l'intérêt des chercheurs. En fait, nous essayons de mener une réflexion en vue de transposer une logique entrepreneuriale dans l'Université en tant qu'organisation sociale qui baigne dans la complexité et qui cherche de plus en plus une certaine rationalité économique à celle d'une rationalité souvent politique. Cette réflexion s'articule autour de deux grandes questions : celle de l'inscription du phénomène entrepreneurial dans l'université et celle de la contrainte de la complexité des comportements entrepreneuriaux des acteurs de cette organisation. La première pose le problème d'intraprendre (intraprise) et d'extraprendre (extraprise) dans les universités par des acadépreneurs supposés avisés. La seconde cherche à construire une délimitation du concept d'acadépreneuriat dans une telle organisation. Les aspects théoriques et conceptuels que nous songeons aborder constituent aussi une facette du travail proposé.
