Abstract

La mondialisation des économies n'épargne plus aucun pays sur le plan des échanges de biens et de services. Ce sont les théories libérales qui dominent. Ainsi, la théorie des avantages comparatifs de RICARDO a pris le pas sur celle des avantages absolus d'Adam SMITH. Elle entraîne des inégalités entre les pays et au sein des pays intégrés. On peut revoir les mécanismes de solidarité. L'Afrique de l'Ouest est très désavantagée. Une dose de protectionnisme peut lui être utile. L'union en petits ensembles de pays avec un certain
