Abstract

Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence les difficultés liées à l'émergence d'un nouveau leadership lors du départ d'un associé historique d'une SCP de dentistes dans le cadre d'une recherche-intervention menée depuis 2012. Cette profession, en mutation permanente par sa libéralisation et les contraintes économiques que fait peser l'assurance-maladie sur tout le secteur de la santé, doit trouver les moyens de maintenir sa rentabilité tout en développant son attractivité.
