Abstract

La question de la diversité se situe au cœur des problématiques actuelles de management. Bien plus qu'un simple effet de mode, elle participe d'une préoccupation des organisations de satisfaire d'abord une obligation légale. Cependant, l'existence d'un arsenal juridique de lutte contre les discriminations et de promotion des pratiques d'égalité ne suffit sans doute pas à développer de bonnes pratiques de gestion de la diversité dans les entreprises si un important travail de sensibilisation des personnes n'est pas entrepris en complément. Le Luxembourg, qui se caractérise à la fois par une économie florissante et une diversité culturelle importante, constitue un exemple relativement intéressant de cette problématique.
