Abstract

En Russie, l'amalgame entre traces anciennes, adaptations locales et outils importés du management structure l'action organisée. Les changements récents ont bousculé les repères individuels et collectifs, les entraînant vers des sens hétérogènes voire ambivalents. Nous proposons un fondement théorique pour analyser la gestion des ressources humaines (GRH). Quelles théories permettent de décrire l'articulation entre valeurs culturelles enracinées et discours fonctionnelles importées? Après avoir exposé les repères historiques, nous présenterons la problématique. Pour répondre à cette dernière, le modèle théorique ouvrira la voie à de futures investigations
