Le concept de connaissance dans la littérature « knowledge management » : de la déconstruction à la généalogie cybernétique

Abstract

Ce papier est une réflexion philosophique sur le concept de connaissance tel qu'il est déployé dans la littérature scientifique du Knowledge Management. Nous mettons tout d'abord en évidence la manière dont le concept de connaissance est traité dans la littérature KM. Certes, différents courants délimitent ce champ, mais le regard « naïf » du philosophe permet de ressaisir une certaine unité conceptuelle et épistémologique qui se joue à travers les éléments suivants : le triptyque information/donnée/connaissance, une lecture dualiste et linéaire de l'histoire de la pensée, la remise en cause du dualisme et son dépassement par le recours au pragmatisme. Autant de postulats qui seront discutés dans la seconde partie qui met en évidence la philosophie de l'histoire sous-jacente à la littérature KM. Enfin, dans un dernier temps, nous décelons la présence des principaux concepts cybernétiques dans le KM et proposons alors, dans une perspective critique, une relecture épistémologique de ce dernier.
