Abstract

Les pharmacies d'officine sont aujourd'hui confrontées à un problème de financement. Pour y répondre, un modèle alternatif par obligations convertibles en actions est proposé par des investisseurs extérieurs aux pharmaciens. Cette recherche met en évidence les relations entre les différentes parties prenantes liées au financement des pharmacies d'officine. Les études de cas réalisées nous informent sur la relation entre pharmacien et investisseur et sur l'appropriation du modèle de gestion proposé au pharmacien par l'investisseur.
