Abstract

Les plaintes liées aux effets de l'évaluation s'entendent de plus en plus fréquemment. Et pourtant, elle n'a cessé de se développer. N'est-ce pas paradoxal ? Non, si l'on pose l'hypothèse suivante : l'évaluation nous attire, plus ou moins consciemment, et si nous ne sommes pas dupes de ses effets pervers, comme aux sirènes d'Ulysse, nous avons du mal à lui résister. Nous ne sommes pas que les victimes d'un système ; nous y participons activement. Toute la question est alors de comprendre à quelle demande inconsciente correspond le désir d'être évalué ? A qui cette demande s'adresse-t-elle et que met-elle en jeu ?
