Abstract

La mise en œuvre des Stratégies de réduction de la pauvreté (SRP) dans les PED à partir des années 2000 s'accompagne d'une inflexion de la doctrine du développement mise en avant par les Organisations internationales, notamment la Banque mondiale : elle se caractérise notamment par une convergence des thématiques de la société civile et du genre. Cette réélaboration, fondé sur le paradigme néo-institutionnaliste, constitue une reformulation cohérente des politiques sociales.
