Abstract

The behaviour of actors in territorial projects can be analyzed by studying the relation between the institutional actors and the actors of the economic sectors. The territorial governance involves a negotiation between these two categories. The urban projects in the river cities, studied in this text, are an illustration of this territorial governance. The analysis of this relation sector / territory on specific areas allows to bridge various disciplines (geography, economy political sciences). The territory as concept is a tool of scientific hybridization.
