Abstract

Les capacités technologiques des plus basiques aux plus sophistiquées sont acquises à travers des espaces d'apprentissage interactif. Ces derniers sont les processus Les acteurs impliqués, les mécanismes d'apprentissage et les objectifs de ces espaces ne sont pas les mêmes pour chaque type de capacité. Par conséquent, l'examen des espaces d'apprentissage interactif dans les industries de haute technologie chinoises permettra de savoir s'il s'agit de volontarisme public ou de volonté privée. Dans cette communication, l'exemple analysé est celui de l'industrie de la téléphonie mobile et le comportement des entreprises chinoises en présence des nouvelles opportunités technologiques notamment les technologies 3G.
