Abstract

Le management a toujours été une question sensible pour les acteurs du secteur social et médico-social. Il questionne, interroge et met parfois mal à l'aise, quand il est assimilé de façon réductrice à l'importation brutale et déraisonnée des paradigmes tels que l'efficience organisationnelle, la démarche qualité l'évaluation interne/externe. La question des pratiques de management dans les organisations sociales et médico-sociales n'a jamais autant questionné, pour preuve la littérature importante publiée ces cinq dernières années dans le champ.
