Abstract

Lorsque l'on parle de sensibilité économique, la question qui se pose n'est pas seulement celle de la répartition de la valeur créée par les entreprises, mais celle du lien et de la négociation entre la production et sa répartition. Ce chapitre écrit en hommage à Geneviève Causse-Broquet a pour but de montrer la pertinence de son interrogation, en apportant des éléments de réponse à partir des travaux de l'Institut de Socio-économique des Entreprises et des Organisations (ISEOR) sur l'analyse socio-économique des entreprises et des organisations.Il s'agit de montrer qu'une véritable responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise ne peut être dissociée de la négociation entre les acteurs de la création de valeur.
