Abstract

Chacun est détenteur de la vérité, la vérité de son dogme sacré où chacun s'attarde sur ses vérités et pas suffisamment sur ses erreurs (Bourdieu, 2001), il en résulte une attitude narcissique ou personne n'écoute l'autre, ou chacun finit par ignorer l'autre. L'approche Trans organisationnelle peut être un mode d'organisation qui permet de transformer les schèmes de pensée habituels dans l'optique d'accompagner les entreprises à créer ou définir de nouveaux périmètres.
