Abstract

Nous souhaitons nous inscrire dans une perspective durable et nous concentrer sur les facteurs explicatifs des causes de défaillances pouvant remettre en cause la pérennité des entreprises nouvellement créées. Existe-t-il des dysfonctionnements communs à tous types d'entrepreneur en phase de post-création ? Peuvent-ils provenir d'un manque de compétences individuelles de l'entrepreneur ? Cette recherche qualitative exploratoire réalisée auprès de 19 d'entrepreneurs-propriétaires de très petites entreprises va nous permettre de constater s'il existe des dysfonctionnements génériques et si ces derniers peuvent être reliés à certaines catégories de compétences identifiées au sein de la littérature.
