Abstract

Le libéralisme a sacralisé l'individualisme comme l'élément moteur de l'engagement personnel, conduisant à des excès dans l'appropriation économique, un retrait de la dimension sociale et une relative indifférence de la sphère environnementale. Le pendant de cette liberté, souvent oublié, est une responsabilité individuelle accrue qui ne se partage pas. Or, nos sociétés sont en attente, depuis les années 70, de plus de responsabilité sociale, sociétale et environnementale, qui ne peuvent se concevoir qu'avec une prise en charge collective. Cela entraîne de nombreux problèmes car les systèmes comptables et managériaux reposent sur des bases individualistes et patrimoniales. Pourtant, si on s'intéresse au fonctionnement effectif d'entités sur un territoire il est fréquent de voir émerger des espaces collaboratifs fédérés autour de projet concertés.
