Abstract

L'état de l'art en sciences de gestion considère que la plupart du temps, les PME fonctionnent essentiellement à « l'instinct » avec des stratégies émergentes plutôt que délibérées ; qu'elles utilisent peu de pratiques stratégiques et qu'hormis le dirigeant, les autres personnels ne sont peu ou pas mobilisés dans la définition de la stratégie. Pourtant, notre étude de cas tend à montrer l'inverse. Une des demandes des parties prenantes internes à l'organisation est justement de clarifier et participer à la stratégie. Le traitement des demandes des parties prenantes est une forme de RSE (Ackernian, 1975). Les collaborateurs peuvent avoir un rôle déterminant et contribuer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre stratégique. Dès lors, ils influencent leur avenir et celui de l'entreprise. L'entreprise pratique ainsi une forme de RSE dans la mesure où sa survie-développement est directement lié aux réussites de ses collaborateurs.
