Abstract

L'utilisation d'indicateurs focalisés sur l'un ou l'autre des domaines du développement durable conduit à une impression d'éclatement du concept de performance, en opposant la performance économique aux performances sociales et environnementales. Les raisons sont multiples et tiennent par exemple à la définition de l'entreprise, au couplage mal défini de l'économique et du social, d'une intégration plus difficile pour le développement durable compte tenu des évolutions réglementaires. Pourtant, des relations inter-organisationnelles et territoriales se construisent dans le but de limiter les dysfonctionnements entre les trois piliers du développement durable pour faciliter l'exploitation d'espaces économiques sociaux et environnementaux intégrés notamment avec le développement d'outils de management et d'évaluation.
