Abstract

Le but de cette communication est de démontrer le lien entre le concept de couts cachés et la performance visible par les entreprises. Elle montre comment une méthode de management est conciliable avec les outils traditionnels de gestion. Elle pose la question du rapport entre méthodes de gestion hétérodoxes et orthodoxes (mainstream). Au travers d'exemples vécus, elle apporte des solutions concrètes aux praticiens du Management par l'Approche Socio-Economique (MASE) qui doivent légitimer leur décision et leurs actions d'implantation de cette méthode innovante de gestion dans un contexte dominé par des méthodes de management traditionnelles.
