Abstract

A generation or like other new impetus? : Scoping study within accounting firmsWhen every day we hear about of the « Generation Y » so much so that expression has come in the 2013 edition of Petit Robert, we can ask what is the place for Generation Y in the economy ? Who is it really ? What are its values, codes and expectations ? Is it so different from previous generations ? In the first part we analyze the main features that characterize « Generation Y » then we'll see with an exploratory analysis in the field of accounting, how this generation could be a new start in this profession wants changing.
