Abstract

Évoquer les institutions du travail conduit à envisager un ensemble large de règles, d'acteurs et de politiques : outre les règles du droit du travail, encadrant les licenciements ou posant les bases du droit syndical et de la négociation collective, ce champ inclut également les politiques de l'emploi (indemnisation du chômage, formation, emplois aidés, aide à la recherche d'emploi des chômeurs, etc.).
