Abstract

L'objectif de ce chapitre est d'aborder la place et le rôle du système d'information et de communication (noté par la suite SIC) dans l'action stratégique en milieu complexe, c'est-à-dire dans la conception, la mise en acte et l'évaluation de l'action stratégique. A l'instar de toutes les réflexions et propositions de cet ouvrage, notre propos n'est pas de définir "le SIC modèle", mais plutôt de tracer des pistes de réflexion et d'action concernant les SIC dans l'action stratégique, en soulevant éventuellement des questions non résolues à ce jour, mais qui nous semblent recéler des voies de "progrès" pour les organisations.
