Abstract

L'objet de ce cahier centré sur le champ du management des connaissances est de faire l'état des communications et des débats qui se sont déroulés au Groupe ESC à Clermont-Ferrand, les 18, 19 et 20 Mai 2011, lors de la 4ème conférence GeCSO (Gestion des Connaissances, Société et Organisation) dans le cadre d'un partenariat entre le Centre de Recherche Clermontois en Gestion et Management, de l'Université d'Auvergne, représenté par Pascal Lièvre, et TELECOM Ecole de Management, représenté par Jean-Louis Ermine. Cette manifestation pluridisciplinaire a fait l'objet du soutien de nombreux partenaires : l'Institut Français de Mécanique Avancée (IFMA), le Cemagref en région Auvergne, le Groupe De Recherche CNRS « Modélisation et Analyse de la Conduite des Systèmes dynamiques », le laboratoire Bureau Economie Théorique et Appliquée (Beta, UMR CNRS 7522) de l'Université de Strasbourg et l'Institut de Recherche en Economie et Gestion de l'Université de Savoie. Cette manifestation a regroupé quatre-vingt participants, une trentaine de laboratoire et six pays, pendant trois jours. L'objectif de la quatrième édition de cette manifestation était d'approfondir l'ancrage en sciences de gestion du management des connaissances. De nombreux chercheurs en gestion invités se sont prêtés à l'exercice de se positionner par rapport à cette thématique : Gilles Garel en référence avec le management de l'innovation, Jean-Fabrice Lebraty, par rapport au système d'information, et enfin Ewan Oiry, dans le registre de la gestion des ressources humaines. Deux séminaires ont été organisés lors de la première journée du colloque : l'un sur la question de l'expertise avec la participation de Jean-Philippe Bootz, Claude Coulet, Benoît Leblanc, Eric Schenk. L'autre sur la question des territoires et du management de la connaissance avec Claude Paraponaris et Catherine Thomas. Des entreprises ont rendu compte de leurs pratiques en matière de management des connaissances : AREVA, EADS, PSA, Radio-France. [...]
