Abstract

L'industrie n'est plus ce qu'elle était, heureusement ! L'industrie française n'est pas non plus ce qu'elle pourrait être. Cette contribution essaie de mettre en avant ce qui constitue la force innovante des évolutions du travail industriel : l'attention portée à l'initiative et pas seulement à l'exécution, à la compétence et pas seulement à la qualification, aux ajustements mutuels et pas seulement à la programmation, à la coopération et pas seulement à la coordination, à la responsabilité personnelle et pas seulement à l'obéissance hiérarchique.
