Abstract

Qu'est-ce qu'une bonne équipe de soins ? Cet article propose d'identifier et d'explorer les facteurs organisationnels et humains contribuant au bon fonctionnement des collectifs de travail. La méthodologie adoptée repose sur la réalisation d'entretiens et d'observations au sein de trois services contrastés. Les résultats montrent que la proximité entre les différentes catégories professionnelles, la construction de pratiques et de valeurs communes, les prises de décisions partagées, un système de communication efficace constituent autant d'éléments favorisant la coopération au sein des services. Le cadre de santé de proximité a un rôle fédérateur et d'organisateur visà- vis de l'équipe.
