Abstract

L'Essentielle Mary Parker Follett: Des réponses pour s'organiser et vivre ensemble est une sélection de textes de l'intellectuelle et pionnière du 20ème siècle Mary Parker Follett. Ses idées avant-gardistes sur le leadership, la diversité, la médiation, le management et la démocratie demeurent des plus contemporaines et pertinentes pour notre monde actuel. Pour la première fois, des citations qui englobent l'ensemble de sa philosophie et de ses oeuvres ont été sélectionnées, organisées et structurées par une équipe internationale en cinq thèmes. Ce livre présente des pensées intemporelles sur la diversité, l'organisation en groupe, le processus d'intégration, le leadership et la démocratie - des thèmes universels qui sont tout aussi importants et applicables à nos vies professionnelles et personnelles aujourd'hui qu'ils l'étaient il y a 100 ans.
