Abstract

L'objectif de cette recherche est d'étudier le rôle des grands-parents dans la formation du capital transgénérationnel au sein des familles, et plus particulièrement chez l'enfant. Une étude exploratoire et une étude de cas multiple trigénérationnelle sont menées sur l'alimentaire. Notre recherche identifie deux étapes dans la construction du capital transgénérationnel (1) une phase de formation chez l'enfant, dans laquelle les grands-parents jouent un rôle en matière d'apprentissage de nouveaux savoirs et savoir-faire (2) une phase de production et de transmission entre générations par la circulation de produits, recettes et objets symboliques.
