Abstract

La cuisine fait maison semble revenir en force dans les foyers français notamment pour des raisons sécuritaires et sanitaires. Dans ces conditions, l'alternative du fait maison biologique pourrait apaiser l'anxiété alimentaire du consommateur et, a fortiori, celle des parents de jeunes enfants. Cet article, au travers d'une étude administrée sur Internet à un échantillon de 302 parents et en s'appuyant sur un modèle de régression logistique polynomiale, va tenter d'apporter un éclairage sur les variables susceptibles d'expliquer le choix des parents pour le fait maison bio infantile. Les résultats mettent notamment en évidence un profil de parents d'enfants âgés de 4 à 36 mois pratiquant le fait maison bio et leur ressemblance avec les consommateurs bio du foyer.
