L’Uberisation, l’automatisation... Le travail, les emplois de la seconde vague du numérique

Abstract

Des sociétés comme Uber, AirBnB, Lyft, TaskRabbit ont construit des plateformes de mise en relation directe de prestataires de services (professionnels ou particuliers) avec des consommateurs (circuits courts) le tout à travers une relation dématérialisée de bout en bout (géolocalisation en temps réel, paiement, évaluations, notations...). Ces plateformes utilisent les mêmes armes et fondent une nouvelle forme d'hypercapitalisme, ou capitalisme à l'ère numérique, en rupture avec les modèles capitalistiques des grands groupes faisant figures de « tigres de papier » à côté de ces « nouveaux grands prédateurs technologiques ». Cet article se propose d'examiner les questions suivantes: Comment la mutation numérique en cours impacte-t-elle le travail, les emplois ? Quelles sont les conséquences économiques de l'uberisation ? Quels liens et articulations entre uberisation et automatisation ? Pourquoi l'uberisation et l'automatisation de la société menacent-elles l'emploi et nous imposent-elles de repenser le travail ? Quelles nouvelles filières, quels nouveaux emplois dans la seconde vague du numérique ?
