Abstract

Un ouvrage inédit de cas pratiques qui permet, à travers des situations directement tirées de la vie des organisations, de réviser les points essentiels du cours et de les mettre en pratique. Si les questions touchant aux systèmes d'information et au management des organisations sont désormais omniprésentes dans les entreprises, les réponses se font plus rares. Cet ouvrage unique propose, à travers vingt-quatre cas pratiques tirés de la vie des entreprises, des problématiques variées (e-learning, communication, alignement stratégique, sécurité, etc.) ayant trait à tous les types d'organisations (PME, groupes internationaux, administrations). L'ouvrage s'adresse aux étudiants en second cycle et en master des écoles de commerce et universités soucieux d'approfondir et d'appliquer leurs connaissances théoriques. Chaque chapitre comporte un rappel des notions clés du cours, des mini-cas, leurs corrigés détaillés et des références bibliographiques.
