Abstract

Établissement public dédié à l'enseignement supérieur, la recherche et l'innovation dans les domaines de l'ingénierie et du numérique, l'IMT est composé de 12 grandes écoles qui accueillent 12 500 étudiant-e-s et emploient 4 500 personnes. 2Comme toute entreprise publique l'IMT est soumis aux obligations de la loi du 11 février 2005 pour " l'égalité des droits et des chances, la participation et la citoyenneté des personnes handicapées ". Pour y répondre, il comporte une " Mission Handicap " pilotée par Marie-Sophie Sémété, avec qui nous avons pu nous entretenir pour les besoins de cet article et nous la remercions. Le plan d'action de l'Institut est piloté par un Comité de Suivi pour l'intégration des travailleurs handicapés composé de 11 membres en lien avec les partenaires sociaux...
