Abstract

Les finances solidaires rassemblent les organisations qui appliquent au secteur financier les principes de l'économie solidaire. Elles gèrent l'épargne de personnes acceptant de donner à leur épargne un but autre que lucratif pour proposer des solutions de financement à des projets solidaires ou à des personnes exclues du système bancaire. La définition de ce secteur passera par la description de ses finalités, de ses moyens d'actions et de sa justification, ces trois dimensions étant proposées par Lasida (2007) pour circonscrire le champ de l'économie solidaire. Ces trois axes donnent une grille de lecture assez simple pour délimiter les enjeux et les spécificités de la finance solidaire. Ces trois axes seront examinés à travers les écrits des organismes fédérateurs du secteur de la finance solidaire : l'Aldea a fait naître le secteur puis Finansol est aujourd'hui le seul organisme de coalition de promotion de la finance solidaire.
