Adhésion à la norme d’internalité et clairvoyance normative : un passage par les contingences de la socialisation

Abstract

Pour de nombreux sociologues, mais aussi de nombreux psychologues, la socialisation constitue une condition nécessaire pour pouvoir travailler efficacement au sein d'une organisation. Cet article examine cette socialisation compte tenu de deux éléments: le fait, pour l'individu, d'être ou de ne pas être dans les normes sociales ambiantes, mais également le fait de «percevoir» ou d'ignorer la valeur sociale de ces positionnements, ce que Py et Somat (1991) appellent la clairvoyance normative. Les auteurs évaluent la puissance discriminante de cette typologie quaternaire, en cherchant à mieux comprendre les expériences vécues par les individus dans le cadre de ces différents modèles de socialisation
