Abstract

Alors que vient d'être lancé le débat sur la justice du 21e siècle, le présent ouvrage s'intéresse plus particulièrement à la question des relations du droit et des sciences de gestion à l'aube de ce nouveau millénaire. Comment, en effet, penser les relations du droit et des sciences de gestion dans le contexte d'un monde en pleine mutation, d'un commerce mondialisé et de l'indispensable formation des managers à ces nouveaux défis ? C'est à ces difficultés que s'est intéressé le colloque international organisé à Paris les 28 et 29 janvier 2013, lors des 1res Assises de l'enseignement de l'enseignement et de la recherche en droit dans les grandes écoles dont les contributions sont présentées dans le présent ouvrage.
