Abstract

Objectif : Identifier les facteurs associés à l'appropriation du projet d'installation en ambulatoire chez les internes de médecine générale français. Méthodes : Nous avons réalisé une enquête nationale par questionnaire auto-administré via Internet et avons analysé les données recueillies à l'aide de régressions logistiques multiples. La variable expliquée était le fait « d'avoir un projet d'installation en ambulatoire ». Les variables explicatives étaient à la fois individuelles (sociodémographiques et liées aux trajectoires de formation) et contextuelles (caractéristiques de formation et de la démographie médicale régionale). Résultats : Le taux de réponse était de 48,5 %. Sur les 1 695 internes de l'échantillon étudié, 315 (18,6 %) avaient déjà un projet d'installation en ambulatoire au cours du troisième cycle des études médicales.
