Abstract

Dans cet article nous explorons les mutations d'un groupe coopératif agricole afin d'enrichir les nouvelles orientations de théorie institutionnelle par l'analyse de ce cas spécifique. En mobilisant les concepts fondamentaux de logiques institutionnelles, nous proposons un modèle conceptuel et une étude de cas. Nous employons la méthode Delphi pour analyser 42 réponses des administrateurs. En nous focalisant sur les acteurs et sur l'hétérogénéité organisationnelle, nous montrons l'impact de la variation de pratique sur la performance du groupe coopératif créé.
