Abstract

Notre recherche vise à intégrer l'éthique managériale et un leadership partagé qui permettraient à l'hôpital de sortir de la dynamique délétère dans laquelle il semble verser et d'évoluer vers une dynamique performante dans sa gestion des ressources humaines. à travers une étude empirique longitudinale sur quatre ans au sein de deux établissements hospitaliers du sud de la France, nous chercherons à mieux comprendre la situation de mutation que traverse aujourd'hui l'hôpital et à fixer des voies possibles d'un renouvellement des pratiques managériales.
