Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est d'analyser l'activité des consultants et experts en prévention des risques psychosociaux (RPS), acteurs décisifs de plus en plus mobilisés. Cette analyse s'opère ici au regard de la dimension stratégique et politique du champ d'intervention des RPS, caractérisé par une prescription juridique et conceptuelle incomplète, favorisant le développement de figures diversifiées d'intervenants externes. Nous présenterons ainsi le consultant co-constructif, le consultant adaptatif, le consultant militant, l'expert conseil, l'administrateur de la preuve et l'initiateur.
