Abstract

L'objectif de cette communication est de présenter un cas précis de contrôle institutionnel, celui du Réseau i3r PACA (Réseau des Intervenants respectant le Référentiel Régional sur les Risques Psychosociaux). Nous présenterons dans un premier temps les origines de ce réseau, sa constitution et son mode de fonctionnement ; puis, dans un second temps, nous analyserons l'apparition des premières difficultés de fonctionnement, la remise en cause de la nature même du réseau et nous nous intéresserons au passage progressif d'un réseau de contrôle à un réseau de collaboration.
