Abstract

Dans cette communication, nous présentons notre projet de recherche, son objet et sa problématique en en justifiant les enjeux. Nous choisissons de nous arrêter plus précisément sur trois concepts centraux dans notre recherche, tout d'abord la transversalité, qui est présentée sous trois dimensions, organisationnelle, managériale et gestionnaire. Nous traitons ensuite de l'hybridation entre organisation hiérarchique et organisation par activité. Nous mettons aussi en exergue les enjeux du pilotage stratégique par le dirigeant dans ce type d'organisation. Enfin, nous présentons la théorie socio-économique comme pilier épistémologique central de notre recherche. Ces concepts sont définis à la lumière d'une revue de littérature afin de proposer une ouverture sur notre travail de recherche.
