Abstract

Les chercheurs en sciences de gestion s'attachent à développer des connaissances sur la précision métrique et monétaire mais développent peu de travaux sur la précision sémantique. Face au rétrécissement de la volumétrie et de la compréhension des mots utilisés au sein des entreprises, l'étude des mots, socle des échanges et des actions, nous semble un sujet pertinent à traiter. Par une tentative d'éclairages méthodologiques et pratiques, nous souhaitons contribuer à rendre aux acteurs l'une de leur faculté primordiale, à savoir la parole qui libère le potentiel humain et l'inscrit dans un cycle de questionnement et d'apprentissage permanent. Pour notre démonstration, nous utiliserons les résultats d'une observation approfondie et longitudinale de 5 équipes de direction d'entreprise.
