Abstract

La modernisation et la complexification de l'environnement économique et social des entreprises et des organisations conduisent à une multiplicité des mandats et des pressions auprès des dirigeants. Les jeux d'acteurs et les pressions rendent difficile le passage à l'acte sur les décisions et projets stratégiques. A partir d'une recherche-intervention conduite au sein d'une entreprise de textiles techniques et décoratifs depuis 2010, nous mettons en évidence les effets de la perte de mémoire ou de la déformation de la mémoire d'un dirigeant sur sa capacité à passer à l'acte, ainsi que le rôle du chercheur en la matière. L'utilisation par le chercheur d'outils de mémorisation des stratégies d'acteurs dans le cadre de la conduite d'une recherche-intervention constitue, pour les dirigeants, un levier d'amélioration pertinent pour le passage de la décision stratégique à l'action.
