Abstract

Nous proposons une nouvelle grille de lecture de l'approche de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines (GRH) et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie des entreprises. Plutôt que d'utiliser le Capital Humain pour mettre en œuvre une stratégie, nous expliquons comment l'activation du Potentiel Humain des acteurs peut être à l'origine d'une nouvelle stratégie. Nous définissons comment le Potentiel Humain et Capital Humain peuvent être conciliables et comment développer l'Attente de l'Aspiration des Acteurs (3A) pour en faire des managers agiles.
