Abstract

Le rôle des cultures en gestion est bien reconnu donnant même lieu à une abondante littérature mais la prise en compte des cultures reste cantonnée aux interactions internationales. L'enracinement culturel des outils de gestion reste très marginalement abordé. Sur le terrain, les entreprises bricolent, assistées par des consultants nombreux à s'être emparés de la niche interculturelle. Elles forment de plus en plus souvent les personnels confrontés aux situations internationales mais elles manquent d'une vue d'ensemble pour un déploiement efficace de leurs politiques internationales. En d'autres termes, la prise en compte des cultures est cantonnée aux questions d'interactions interculturelles mais n'a pas fait vaciller les fondements de la sociologie et de la gestion des organisations.
